Just Follow these simple steps:
1. Sit sideways in your chair, feet flat on the floor.
3. EXHALE while you place your hands on the back of you chair and TWIST in that direction…can you look over your shoulder?
Only twist as far as feels good and release SLOWLY while you inhale….DONT FORGET TO DO THE OTHER SIDE!!!
